From Academy to Studio
How does the Academy lead into real work?
PyMaster has two parts that feed each other. The Academy trains and vets engineers; the Studio puts them on client projects, where senior engineers lead the work and review every change. Every project then trains the next engineers.

What does the Academy offer?
Mentoring from senior engineers, private 1-on-1 lessons, hands-on experience on real projects under senior tech leads, and the ArrabaHack community — the largest hackathon in the northern region.
How do I join?
Join the talent pool with the form on this page. Then comes a multi-stage technical interview that selects for talent, drive and potential. If you’re in, you onboard into a real role — backend, frontend, AI, QA or UI/UX — and build supervised projects with senior code review.
Is this another course or a graduation project?
No. It’s a real tech-company environment: real products, not toy assignments, under senior tech-lead supervision — built to turn study into a career, not to simulate one.
What do I actually walk away with?
Real systems you worked on that you can show employers, references from the leads who worked with you, and a genuine shot at a hi-tech role.
Are the Nexus, EventFlow and Shiftaty cohorts open?
No — all three are closed. Cohorts open a few times a year, so join the waitlist on the project’s page and we’ll tell you first.
Can I book a private lesson?

How does the Academy connect to PyMaster Studio?
The Studio builds AI systems and software for businesses. Engineers trained and vetted in the Academy work there alongside senior engineers, who lead the projects and review the work.
