PyMaster Studio · AI systems for business

PyMaster Studio builds AI systems for business.

We build AI agents, WhatsApp assistants, automations, web apps and mobile apps for businesses across Israel. Senior engineers lead every project, engineers trained in our own Academy build alongside them, and every build is reviewed by an engineer, a legal advisor and a security specialist before launch.

What we build

What can PyMaster Studio build for your business?

Systems shaped around your workflow, your customers and the tools you already use — not templates.

  • AI agents and automation

Assistants that answer customers on WhatsApp and the web, book appointments, qualify leads and move data between your tools — so repetitive work stops landing on your team.

  • Web apps and platforms

Internal systems, dashboards and customer-facing platforms built with Next.js and React — secure and ready to grow.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps built cross-platform with Flutter or React Native, so one codebase serves both.

  • UX and UI design

Interfaces designed for the people who use them every day — in Arabic, Hebrew and English, with right-to-left done properly.

Ways to work together

How can you work with PyMaster Studio?

Two engagement models. Both start with a free scoping call.

  • A project with a fixed quote

For a defined build: an AI agent, an internal system, a platform. We write a precise spec with you, then send a detailed quote for that scope. The quote is the price.

    • A written spec before anything is built
    • One detailed quote for the agreed scope
    • Handover, documentation and training at the end
  • A dedicated monthly team

For ongoing work. A managed team — a senior engineer leading engineers trained in our Academy — joins your roadmap and works as an extension of your own team.

    • Led by a senior engineer who reviews the work
    • Works inside your tools and roadmap
    • A monthly engagement, not a quote per feature

Why a team in northern Israel?

We call it north-shoring: onshore quality and accountability, in your time zone, in Arabic, Hebrew and English — at a price that competes with offshore teams. No overnight calls, no translation layer, and a team you can meet in person.

How a project runs

How does a PyMaster Studio project run?

The same five steps on every project, so you always know what’s done, what’s next and when it ships.

  1. Discovery

We start by listening: your workflow, your users and what success looks like for you.

  2. Specs and alignment

A precise technical spec, agreed with you before anything is built.

  3. Transparent quote

A detailed quote for the agreed scope. No surprises later.

  4. Build in the open

A personal tracking link shows what’s done, what’s in progress, what’s next and the estimated timeline — plus a weekly update call.

  5. Delivery and training

Handover, documentation and hands-on training so your team can run the system.

Three reviews before anything goes live

Every build is checked by an engineer, a legal advisor and a security specialist before launch.

Questions

Questions businesses ask before starting

What does PyMaster Studio build for businesses?

AI agents and automations (including WhatsApp assistants and chatbots), web apps and internal platforms, mobile apps, and UX/UI design. Each system is built around how your business already works, not from a template.

Who actually works on my project?

A senior engineer leads the project and reviews the work. Engineers trained and vetted in the PyMaster Academy build alongside them in defined roles. You talk to the project lead directly.

How much does an AI system or automation cost?

It depends on scope, so we don’t publish prices. After a free scoping call and a written spec, you get a detailed quote for a project — or a proposal for a dedicated monthly team if the work is ongoing. The quote is the price.

How long does it take to build?

It depends on scope. The timeline is set in the spec and quote before work starts, and your tracking link shows the estimated timeline as the build progresses.

How will I know how the project is going?

You get a personal tracking link that shows what’s done, what’s in progress, what’s next and the estimated timeline, plus a weekly update call.

Is it safe to give an AI system access to our business data?

Data access is part of the spec: we agree with you up front what the system can read and do. Before launch, every build is reviewed by an engineer, a legal advisor and a security specialist.

Do I need my own data to build an AI system?

It helps. Your documents, records and past conversations are what make an assistant’s answers specific to your business rather than generic. You can start with a limited set and add more once the system proves useful.

What happens after launch?

You get the handover, documentation and training your team needs to run the system. If you want us to keep improving it, we can continue as a dedicated monthly team.
