PyMaster Studio · For startups
PyMaster Studio builds MVPs for startups.
We design and build minimum viable products — web apps, mobile apps and AI features — for early-stage founders. A senior engineer leads the build, the price is a fixed quote for the agreed scope, and the product is reviewed by an engineer, a legal advisor and a security specialist before launch.

The founder’s trade-off
Why do founders choose PyMaster over an agency, a freelancer or an offshore team?
You need to move fast and build something solid. Most options make you give one of them up:
A big agency
Polished, but slow to start and slow to adapt when you pivot.
A freelancer
Flexible, but quality varies and continuity depends on one person.
An offshore team
Capacity on demand, but overnight calls, language gaps and time-zone delays slow every decision.
What PyMaster does instead
A senior-led team in northern Israel, in your time zone, working in Arabic, Hebrew and English — with a written spec, a fixed quote, a live tracking link and a triple review before launch.
How we build
How does PyMaster build an MVP?
Not a graduation project: a full tech-company process, supervised by senior engineers from the first call to launch.
Discovery
We map the real problem, your first users and the one flow the MVP has to prove.
Specs and scope
A precise technical spec that says what’s in the MVP — and what isn’t — before anything is built.
Fixed quote
A detailed quote for the agreed scope. The quote is the price.
Build in the open
A personal tracking link shows what’s done, what’s in progress, what’s next and the estimated timeline — plus a weekly update call.
Launch and handover
Testing, launch, documentation and hands-on training, so your team can run and extend the product.
Senior-led, reviewed three ways
A senior tech lead architects the product and reviews the code. Academy-trained engineers build it in defined roles — backend, QA, UI/UX. Before launch, an engineer, a legal advisor and a security specialist review it.

What we build
What can your MVP include?
The pieces founders usually need to reach first users, show investors and learn fast — built around how your product actually works.
Web apps and dashboards
Web products, admin dashboards and internal tools built with Next.js and React, ready to grow past the MVP.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps from one codebase, built with Flutter or React Native.
AI agents and chatbots
AI features inside your product, or assistants on WhatsApp and the web that answer users, qualify leads and book appointments.
UX and UI design
Flows and interfaces designed for your first users — in Arabic, Hebrew and English, with right-to-left done properly.
After launch
What happens after the MVP launches?
You leave with the documentation and training to run it yourselves. To keep building with us, there are two ways:
The next version, on a new quote
Scope the next release the same way: discovery, spec, fixed quote, build in the open.
A dedicated monthly team
A senior engineer leading Academy-trained engineers joins your roadmap on a monthly engagement — steady capacity before you hire a full team.

Questions
Questions founders ask us
What’s included in an MVP built by PyMaster?
Discovery, a written spec and scope, UX/UI design, development of your core flow, testing, the triple review and launch — then handover and training. The spec also lists what’s explicitly out of scope, so there’s no ambiguity about what you’re getting.
How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on scope, so there’s no price list. After the free scoping call and a written spec, you get a detailed fixed quote for the agreed scope. The quote is the price.
How long does it take to build an MVP?
It depends on scope. The timeline is agreed in the spec and quote before work starts, and your tracking link shows the estimated timeline throughout. Scoping the MVP around one core flow, instead of a full feature list, is the biggest lever on time.
Can you help me decide what to build first?
Yes. That’s what discovery and the spec are for: we map your users and your riskiest assumption, then cut the scope to the flow that tests it.
Who will build my product?
A senior tech lead architects it and reviews the code; engineers trained in the PyMaster Academy build it in defined roles (backend, QA, UI/UX). You talk to the lead directly.
What tech stack do you use for MVPs?
Mainstream, well-supported tools: Next.js and React for web, Flutter or React Native for mobile. We favour speed and long-term maintainability over the newest framework.
How is PyMaster different from an offshore team?
Same time zone, Arabic, Hebrew and English, and a team you can meet in person — onshore quality at a price that competes with offshore teams. We call it north-shoring.
